Summer Program
As you start at the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Campus Querétaro summer, there will be plenty for you to do. During a summer studying abroad in México, you might think six weeks is not long enough to experience everything you want... but you might be quite wrong...

Since location is everything when it comes to having a good summer, Querétaro is right in the middle of many great places to visit. For starters, it is only 3 hours north of Mexico City, where you can visit the pyramids of Teotihuacán. There are also many states and cities nearby that are not only important to México's history, but are beautiful and rich in culture.
Querétaro is even closer to places like Guanajuato, the birth place to the famous Mexican painter, Diego Rivera and La Peña de Bernal, the second largest rock in the world.
San Miguel and Tequisquiapan are known for their hand made crafts and are also really close to Querétaro. These are the perfect places to do gift shopping and experience the many wonderful aspects of the Mexican culture! Whether you choose to stay on or off campus or with a host family, there will always be people to help you with whatever you need.
Every summer we have a group of students from the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Campus Querétaro that works for the International Programs Office. They can help you with anything you need, from finding a good place to eat to figuring out how to say something in Spanish. They travel with the international students on the trips and make sure that your summer is filled with fun and learning.
We provide all the necessary resources to ensure that by the end of the summer 2010 students will:
- Improve their level of usage of the Spanish language
